🇺🇸 USA, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇪🇺 EU $15 flat
✓ Free on orders $100+ 		3–7 business days
🌍 Gulf countries & Singapore $25 flat 3–10 business days
🌐 All other countries $30 3–10 business days

Customs & Import Fees:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Customs duties and import fees are covered by OAK, so you won't be asked to pay additional customs charges when your order arrives.
  • 🌍 Other countries: Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Other:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or other non-defective reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a refund or replacement.
  • If your package does not arrive due to an incorrect address entered during order placement, we cannot refund or reship your order.
  • Flat rate $5 shipping on all orders within Türkiye.
