Shipping Rates

We offer international shipping through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • USA, Canada, and Europe: Flat rate $15
  • Gulf countries and Singapore: Flat rate $20
  • Other countries: Shipping calculated by destination (typically $30–$40)
Free Shipping Offer (Limited Time)
  • Free shipping on orders of $100 or more to USA, Canada, Europe, and Gulf countries
  • Valid through May 31
Domestic Shipping (Türkiye)

  • Flat rate ₺250 shipping on all orders within Türkiye.

Customs and Other Fees
  • Any extra customs or other fees incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer and not OAK Creative Designs.
Processing Time
  • Once an order is placed, our processing time is approximately 1-5 business days.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information from once the package ships.
Estimated Shipping Times
  • Türkiye: 1-4 business days.
  • USA and Canada: 3-7 business days.
  • All Other Destinations: 3-10 business days.
Other
  • All sales are final. If there is an error with your order or your order is damaged, please contact us within 5 days to receive a refund or replacement.
  • If your package does not arrive due to an incorrect address entered during order placement, we cannot refund or reship your order.
