Shipping Rates
  • We ship to North America Europe for a flat rate of $15USD using Fedex, TNT, DHL or UPS.
  • All other countries have a flat rate shipping fee of $30
  • Orders within Turkey are shipped for free.

Processing Time

  • All shipments are dispatched from Kayseri, Turkey.
  • Once an order is placed, our processing time is approximately 3-5 business days.  For custom orders, processing time may take up to 2 weeks.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information from once the package ships.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Turkey: 1-4 business days.
  • USA and Canada: 3-7 business days.
  • All Other Destinations: 3-10 days.

We provide fair working conditions and living wages to artisan women living in the city of Kayseri. Our team of artisans include 45 local Turkish and Syrian refugee women who work together to produce timeless products that reflect their culture and heritage.

    beautiful

    this playset was absolutely beautiful, exquisite, and of such high quality that I was so grateful to have found it. Perfect way to teach young children about Hajj. I love the fact that it also came in a convenient bag to store all the pieces and keep them from getting lost. Each piece was made with such care, love and craftsmanship. These also make lovely gifts. I am a repeat customer.

    Serves as an educational reminder for kids and something which they can also enjoy during playtimes

    I loved this so much I purchased another 2 after we received ours, I cannot wait to gift them to our family for Eid. I will always support a small business which has such incredible values behind it and supporting refugees.

    The kids have thoroughly enjoyed playing with the set and also have learnt a lot about why the Ka’abah/Hajj is so significant within Islam.

    This set will no doubt prompt questions from inquisitive young minds.

    This has been so beautifully crafted Masha’Allah. I would like to also give a massive shout out to the customer service delivered by the team at Oak Creative Designs, they have been so helpful and kind throughout my communications with them prior to purchasing and even after.
